Meet Sarah
Sarah Brooks, with nearly a decade of experience in business operations and legal administration, is the dedicated Firm Administrator at NLG. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and efficiency, she oversees the seamless day-to-day functions of the firm. Sarah specializes in financial management, client relations, and administrative leadership. Colleagues and clients alike describe her as both compassionate and no-nonsense—bringing a results-driven approach to every aspect of her work.
A Florida native, Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of North Florida and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Florida State University. Before transitioning to the legal field, she taught third and fifth grade in Florida and North Carolina. She also worked with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, where she provided vital literacy education to incarcerated youth—an experience that strengthened her commitment to advocacy and community service.
Sarah is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem in Hillsborough County, acting as a voice for foster children in the courtroom to ensure their needs are met. Deeply connected to her community, Sarah contributes her time and skills to causes that support children and underserved populations.
Outside of work, she enjoys beach trips, quality time with her niece and nephew, and passionately cheering for the Florida State Seminoles.
