Kristin E. Scully joined NLG Divorce & Family Law Group in 2024 and was named Partner in 2025. She has been practicing law since 2013 and focuses exclusively on marital and family law matters, including divorce, paternity, and post-judgment enforcement and modification. Kristin also serves as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children in family law cases.

For the past seven years, Kristin has developed a particular focus on assisting military families, including matters involving military pension division and unique custody and relocation challenges.

Kristin graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in criminology and a minor in psychology. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

An active leader in the legal community, Kristin has served on the Children’s Issues Committee and the Support Issues Committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar since 2019. She was most recently appointed to the Ad Hoc Guardian ad Litem Committee and the Rules and Forms Committee. Kristin also serves on the Marital and Family Law Executive Council for the Hillsborough County Bar Association.

Outside the courtroom, Kristin enjoys traveling, boating, and cheering on her favorite college football teams. She and her husband, Ryan, stay busy with their three sons—Landon, Brayden (“Brady”), and Logan. A proud sports mom, Kristin is also an active member of the Mabry Elementary School PTA and can often be found at the baseball or football field supporting her boys.
