Billing Specialist & Executive Assistant
Ken joined NLG Divorce & Family Law Group in 2021 as a receptionist and quickly rose through the ranks—first serving as scheduler before stepping into his current role as Billing Specialist and Executive Assistant.
As one of the first friendly faces clients encounter, Ken plays a key role in onboarding new matters and ensuring a smooth start to each case. He also serves as the go-to resource for all billing, payment, and expense-related questions.
In addition to client support, Ken works closely with the Firm Administrator to assist with the operational needs of the office, helping ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Ken is passionate about the firm’s mission and the supportive environment at NLG, sharing: “NLG puts families first. Even small acts can have a big impact on someone’s life, and NLG gives me the chance to help people in need in whatever way I can. That family-first mindset applies not only to our clients but to our team as well. I’ve never worked anywhere that supports its employees like NLG does.”
Outside of work, Ken enjoys reading, writing, and exploring the outdoors.
